Ballinger Elementary Assistant Principal
Hello! My name is Dawn Huckabee and I am the Assistant Principal for Ballinger Elementary School. My journey in education began in 2009. I taught 4th grade Reading Language Arts for the last 4 years. Prior to 4th grade, I taught middle school and high school Fine Arts.
I have 2 grown sons, a grand dog, and 2 cats. I made Ballinger my home in the spring of 2023. I love the community and being a Bearcat!
I believe in our school, staff, and community! I am excited to be your Assistant Principal and be a part of the growing and learning process of our Bearkittens! I can’t wait to learn more about the students and community!
