Principal

My name is Mrs. Dudley and I am the principal at Ballinger Elementary. I first came to Ballinger as the district Assistant Principal in 2015. I began my career in education in 2009 as a junior high/high school social studies teacher. While I have worn many hats over the years, I have finally found my calling at the Elementary level. 

 

I have two children, Drizzt (4) and Kora Jo (2). Because of them, I have a vested interest in making sure the students at BES receive the best possible education we can provide to help them be successful in life's adventures. 

 

As educators we have the power to make a difference in the lives of our students. Ballinger is a community steeped in tradition and values. At BES, we are charged with ensuring our students carry on this Bearcat Way by creating life-long learners who will become productive citizens, not just in Ballinger, but also in the global community.
